Meta Tech Experts is a US-based computer and cell phone repair service. You can contact us at help@metatechexperts.com or on +1 (000) 000-0000 during opening hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm ET).

Prices in USD. Applicable sales tax may apply. We diagnose your device before giving you a fixed quote. No work is carried out until you agree to that quote in writing or by reply.

Our diagnostics are on a no fix, no fee basis. If we cannot repair the device, or the repair is not sensible, you do not pay.

Turnaround times shared before a repair are estimates in good faith. Delays caused by third-party suppliers, courier services, or unusual faults may extend the time. We will keep you informed if that happens.

Repairs are guaranteed against the same fault recurring, for a period agreed in writing at the time of quote. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or faults caused by third-party work carried out after our repair.

We handle the data on your device with care and only access what is necessary to complete the repair. Where possible we recommend you back up your files before dropping off a device. Data recovery jobs are always assessed and quoted separately.

If a device is not collected within 90 days of the completed repair being notified to you, and after reasonable attempts to reach you, we may treat the device as abandoned in line with applicable law.

We take reasonable care in every repair. Our liability is limited to the value of the repair. We are not liable for lost data on devices brought to us with pre-existing faults, or for indirect losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you engage us for a repair. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Meta Tech Experts is registered.
